Entre el 11 y el 20 de octubre se podrá ver en Lima “La Casa Alemana”, un prototipo de casa energéticamente eficiente que muestra nuevas e innovadoras tecnologías para la construcción de viviendas y abastecimiento energético, a través del aprovechamiento de la energía solar, logrando más confort y un importante ahorro de energía.
La exposición se basa en las propuestas de modelo de vivienda sustentable de la Universidad Técnica de Darmstadt ganadoras en los años 2007 y 2009 del concurso internacional de arquitectura e ingeniería “Solar Decathlon”, patrocinado por el Departamento de Energía de los EE.UU.
“La Casa Alemana” es, además, una demostración de que la estética es capaz de armonizar con la eficiencia energética y el uso de energías renovables: uniendo arquitectura sofisticada y tecnología innovadora, se demuestra que la sustentabilidad, así como la calidad del diseño, son conceptos viables con gran potencial en los mercados latinoamericanos.
“La Casa…” que se podrá ver de forma gratuita en la Universidad Nacional Agraria de La Molina, recorre 13 ciudades latinoamericanas

This infrastructural building is located in a residential area in Zollikon southeast of Zurich. The building is integrated into the landscape without interrupting the view from the square above onto Lake Zurich.
